New update v1.4.

Added functionality for the input of cheat codes. (Codes can be accessed by unlocking achievements/characters). Adding new map areas, and fixed glitch involving unlockable characters not being selectable. Updated the character select screen, and added a map selection screen. Future maps will be added a later date.
